In this business area geared to sustainable and profitable growth, we  are looking for a dynamic and experienced 

International Senior Sales Manager (m/f)

excipients for oral dosage forms    

to start work at the earliest possibility, based at the JRS HQ, 73494 Rosenberg, Germany.    

Your objective is to drive sales in a defined territory towards the goals set by the company, introduce new products and maintain personal relationship to key accounts in the region to ensure sustainable future market growth. 

 
 

Your range of responsibilities will include the following:   

  • Leading a small team of direct reports. 
  • Develop an annual sales and marketing plan for the territory. 
  • Guiding agents and JRS sales companies abroad to reach the set goals and train them technically. 
  • Identify new market opportunities and introduce new products. 
  •  Monitor competitor landscape  and develop sales and marketing strategies for your territory.
  •  Built up a personal business relationship with the most important clients in the field. 

 
 

An ideal profile for successfully meeting these challenges would include:

  • Basic understanding of pharmaceutical technology. 
  • Knowledge of the Who is Who of the industry would be a bonus. 
  • Minimum number of years experience in similar position: 8+ 
  • Strong negotiation capabilities, excellent communication skills 
  • Proven sales record of over achievement of sales targets 
  • Leadership experience. 
  • Intercultural understanding. 
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English 
  • Position requires a minimum of 50% travel
