Description
VITACEL® Corn Fibre MF 401 - a dietary fibre concentrate derived from Non GMO corn. It was developed as a so-called "low absorption" type to achieve a high fibre enrichment without any negative effect on the appearance of the final product. With its insoluble character and a dietary fibre content of about 80 % it perfectly combines technological effects with nutritional added value benefits. Main application fields are corn based products like tortillas, tacos, cornflakes and breakfast cereals where JRS has already received extra-ordinary test results, especially on extending bowl life.
