Wheat, oat, apple, potato, peas and corn fibers as well as powdered cellulose and psyllium under the brand name VITACEL®, offer the food industry vitalizing substances with unique multifunctionality and excellent sensory quality. Food can be produced more easily, with higher value and more economically.


The use of food fibers in the production of food corresponds ideally with the nutritional medicine's requirement for increased dietary fiber consumption and a balanced proportion of soluble and insoluble dietary fiber in the daily diet.

The rising demand of many consumers for foods made from natural and untreated raw materials was the reason we decided to carry out groundbreaking research and development in this area of raw material processing and refinement.
