pH Stability
At high concentrations, the salts can cause a reduction in viscosity. Very high salt concentrations can cause the flocculation of the products. ARBOCEL®CE is compatible with a large number of synthetic and natural polymers such as gelatine, casein, polyvinyl alcohol, xanthan, cellulose ethers, starch, modified starch, etc.
