Junior Product Manager Excipients (m/f/d)

to start as soon as possible. JRS, HQ, 73494 Rosenberg, Germany

You will be in charge of the Product Management for a dedicated portfolio of pharmaceutical additives for various applications to ensure sustainable future growth.

Your range of responsibilities will include the following:
  • Market monitoring and identification of market opportunities for certain product categories or applications
  • Development and implementation of mid- and long-term marketing strategies
  • Active portfolio development and life cycle management which includes launching new products
  • Liaising with production plant, sales and support divisions, regulatory affairs and R&D
  • Vendor and Supply Chain Management
  • Preparation and execution of internal and external sales and marketing trainings
An ideal profile successfully meeting these challenges possesses:
  • University degree in business studies or a successfully completed business-oriented apprenticeship
  • Professional experience along the supply chain (sales, logistics, purchasing)
  • Technical understanding
  • Get it done mentality: pro-active, efficient and accurate in stressful situations
  • Profound presentations skills (MS Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, intercultural mindset
  • Position requires 15 - 30 days of traveling
